Lenka Titzová graduated from the Brno Conservatory under the mentorship of professors Vladimír Třebický and Ctibor Bártek. Since 2023, she has continued her studies of percussion at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno in the class of professor Martin Opršál. At the end of her studies at the conservatory, she received the Leoš Janáček Foundation Award.

Since 2021, she has taught percussion at the Bohuslav Martinů Music School in Polička, and since 2023 at the František Jílek Elementary Art School in Brno.

In 2023, she performed Kevin Beavers' Concerto for Marimba and Orchestra with the Brno Conservatory Symphony Orchestra in the Besední dům hall in Brno, in the Vyškov Cultural Center, and at the Smetana's Litomyšl International Festival. The recording of the concerto won awards at the Fanny Mendelssohn International Competition and the Global Genius Music Competition.

In 2025, she will perform the same concert with the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava and the Janáček Academic Orchestra at the Moravian Autumn Festival.

As part of the Erasmus exchange program, he is studying percussion at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana in the class of Assoc. Prof. Simon Klavžar in the winter semester 2024/25.
